CBDBLOOM products are sold to adults aged 18 and over only. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
Who should not use CBD
The Food Standards Agency advises that CBD is not recommended for certain groups unless taken under medical direction. Please do not use our products if you are:
- Under 18 years of age
- Pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding
- Taking any prescription or over-the-counter medication
If you are in any of these groups, or you have an existing health condition, speak to your doctor or pharmacist before taking any CBD product.
Recommended daily intake
The Food Standards Agency publishes advice on the maximum recommended daily intake of CBD for healthy adults. Please follow the dosage guidance supplied with your product and do not exceed it.
The FSA advises that healthy adults should consume no more than 10mg of CBD per day from food supplements. This figure was reduced from 70mg in October 2023 and is based on an acceptable daily intake of 0.15mg per kilogram of bodyweight. Please ensure the total across all CBD products you take stays within this limit.
