Delivery & Shipping
We aim to make delivery simple, discreet and predictable. Delivery costs and estimated timescales are always shown at checkout before you pay.

Order cut-off & dispatch
Orders placed before 2:00pm Monday to Friday are normally dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after the cut-off, at weekends or on UK bank holidays are dispatched the next working day.
Tracking your order
Once your order is dispatched we will email you a confirmation and, where the service includes it, a tracking number. You can also view your order history in My Account.
Packaging
All orders are sent in plain, unbranded outer packaging with no indication of the contents.
Where we deliver
We currently deliver to mainland UK addresses only. We do not currently ship to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, BFPO addresses, or internationally. We hope to extend our delivery area in future — contact us if you would like to check a specific postcode.
Delayed or missing orders
If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, please contact us at sales@cbdbloom.co.uk with your order number and we will investigate.
Damaged or incorrect items
If something arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund. See our Returns, Refunds & Cancellations policy for full details.
