How to use

Apply to clean, dry skin on a relatively hairless area — the inner forearm, shoulder or ankle all work well. Press firmly for a few seconds. Remove after 24 hours and use a fresh patch on a different spot. Do not apply to broken or irritated skin.

Applied, not swallowed

Patches are transdermal, so like our balms they sit outside the novel foods rules that apply to our ingestible products.
